What is your policy on returns?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition for a prompt exchange or refund.
- Shoes, Swimwear and Special occasion apparel must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unworn with tags attached (swimwear must have sanitary liner attached).
- Merchandise cannot be returned after 30 days!
Return Procedures:
- Return the item(s) to us within 15 days of receipt for Shoes, Swimwear, and Special Occassion Apparel or within 30 days of receipt for all other items.
- Complete the Return Form and include a copy of your Original Invoice.

- Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Items should be returned to us via a Trackable, Insured Delivery Service (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc).
Note: It is HIGHLY recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrive damaged due to shipping.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return. This will ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.
Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping and handling.

Unfortunately, shipping charges on returns are NOT refundable. We do not accept postage-due items.

What is your policy on cancellations?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. All refused shipments will result in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to International orders.
Final Sale Items
- Due to the seasonal nature of our business, all purchases made during the months of September and October are final.
- All purchases of sale, clearance and closeout items are final!
